We apologise however we require to reschedule our Primary 1 Open Afternoon for both P1A, Mrs MacQueen’s class and P1B, Mrs Macaulay’s class, P1/2 will go ahead as scheduled.   As you may be aware both myself and Mrs MacQueen have had some illness throughout the week and unfortunately this has meant that we will require to reschedule our Open Afternoon this Friday. This will now take place on Thursday 5th September 2019 at 2pm for P1A and P1B only.

Please note that if you have an older child within the school, their open afternoon will still being going ahead as planned on Friday 30th August 2019.

We really value this time for you to come and visit your child’s class and to get to know us better and we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Kind regards,

Our First Week in P1

What an amazing start to our journey together this week has been! We’ve all be very settled and enjoyed playing and learning together

Below are some of the exciting things we’ve got up to.

Mrs Snedden, Layne and Maya shared all about the magic key.
We made play dough, built boats, spent our pennies at the class shop, made necklaces and played together with animals.
Logan taught us how to make envelopes, we had tea parties, looked after our dolls and even had visits from pirates.

But we ended the week with the best yet, our own stories shared together.

Well done P1B! Let’s do it all again next week!

Welcome to P1B

A big welcome to all our new P1Bs and their families. Here is where you will be able to get a snapshot of all the fun and learning we will be experiencing throughout Primary 1. We hope to share with you lots of photos and quotes from our learners and will share some dates for the diary and school information.

We will be working really closely with Primary 1a and P1/2 so please feel free to have a little peek at all three blogs to see all the learning that is taking place.

Please follow our blog to get regular updates.
